Mississauga Therapeutic Massage would like to invite you to join us on the path to a healthier lifestyle. We have opened our doors to help those who are ready to take charge of their health. Through the healing art of massage therapy, we like to assist every one of our clients, by providing hands on treatment, as well as giving everyone guided support, to better their health.

Through massage therapy, support from other healthcare provides, both western and alternative, we hope to achieve our goal in making you a healthier, happier being!



Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations/missed appointments. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the appointment fee will apply.

A late arrival will cut into the treatment time allotted, and the fee charged will be for the time booked. In the instance that the RMT is late, the treatment will be for the full time booked.

Appointment Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and fill out a health history form. To avoid inconveniencing others, arriving late will result in a shortened treatment time (without reduction in fee).

Privacy Policy

Collection of Personal Health Information
Prior to administering massage therapy treatments, we collect your personal health information directly from you, or from the person acting on your behalf. Examples of the type of personal health information that we collect may include, your name, date of birth, address, health history, records of your visits to our clinic, and details of the treatment that you received during your visits. We may sometimes collect personal health information about you from other sources, if we have obtained your consent to do so, or if the law permits.

Uses and Disclosures of Personal Health Information

We may use and disclose your personal health information for the following purposes:
• Treat and care for you;
• Plan, administer and manage our internal operations;
• Conduct risk management and quality improvement activities;
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
• Fulfill other purposes permitted or required by law.

Your Rights

You may access and correct your personal health records and, if necessary, request that a correction be made. You are entitled to withdraw your consent for some of the above uses and disclosures (subject to legal exceptions) by contacting our Contact Person.

Our Responsibilities

We take steps to protect your personal health information from theft, loss, unauthorized access, copying, modification, unauthorized use, disclosure, and premature disposal.
We conduct audits to monitor and manage our privacy compliance.
We take steps to ensure that everyone who performs services for us protects your privacy and only uses your personal health information for the purposes for which you consented.
