Agnes Dzidek, RMT
Agnes has received her diploma in Massage Therapy in 2006 at Centennial College in Scarborough, Ontario where she graduated with Honors. She is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and is practicing in Mississauga, Ontario. In addition, she has current and up-to-date certifications in First Aid and CPR from St. John’s Ambulance. She has practical experience working with seniors, cancer patients and athletes, as well as providing pregnancy and infant massages. She has also done extensive work in hospital environments. She takes great care in preparing custom-tailored treatment plans for every one of her clients. Some of Agnes’ skills include Swedish Massage, Deep tissue massage, Hydrotherapy, Remedial Exercise, Trigger Point Therapy, and Aromatherapy.






Navita Sidhu, RMT

Navita Sidhu has received her diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed a certificate in prenatal massage, and has experience working with various stages of pregnancy, including high risk pregnancies. She also has practical experience working in hospital settings and with athletes. She enjoys working with people of all ages, and treating all kinds of musculoskeletal ailments. Her massage techniques include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, breast massage, trigger point therapy, intraoral massage, and joint mobilization.
